Virtue
“Temptations allure his youth, misfortunes darken the pathway of his manhood, and his old age is encumbered with infirmity and disease. But clothed in the armor of virtue he may resist the temptation; he may cast misfortunes aside, and rise triumphantly above them;“……

Virtue is defined as behavior showing high moral standards (Merriam-Webster dictionary). Often, we joke about certain things that have been lost over time such as chivalry or manners. But the highest of all behaviors that mankind can bestow on one another is that of virtue. Virtue is a powerful force that will shape the way we live our lives and interact with the world around us. At its core, virtue represents the highest ideals of human character, such as honesty, kindness, courage, and wisdom. When we embody these virtues, we become better versions of ourselves, capable of making positive changes in our lives and in the lives of others. The power of virtue lies in its ability to inspire us to do the right thing, even when it’s difficult, and to stand up for what we believe in, even in the face of opposition. By cultivating virtue, we can create a better world for ourselves and those around us, one act of goodness at a time. If we do not cultivate virtue, our planet will continue to decay through immoral deeds, wars, and unspeakable atrocities of mankind.
